-One-page statement of purpose. This should address why you would like to attend the DID program at SCI-Arc
-Official high school transcripts (only required for applicants seeking a scholarship)
-Scholarship Application Form (only required for applicants seeking a scholarship)
-2014 Tax Return Documents (only required for applicants seeking a scholarship)
-TOEFL/IETLS score (for international students ONLY)
: All international students applying from non-English speaking countries are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The minimum score requirement is 90 on the internet-based TOEFL, 583 on the paper-based TOEFL, or a 6.5 band score on the IELTS. Students should plan on taking the exam no later than January of the same application year. For more information on these two testing systems, please visit www.toefl.org

International students who have completed 2 or more years of formal instruction at a US institution or a school where English is the primary language of instruction may submit an official copy of their transcripts in place of the TOEFL/IELTS requirement. Transcripts submitted from other countries must clearly state that the official language of instruction is English in order for this requirement to be waived.

Scholarship support is available for domestically located students whose family income qualifies them to receive financial aid. Scholarship applications can be found on the right, labeled "DID Financial Statement & Scholarship Application". An official copy of the students high school transcripts and a copy of the students parents/guardians 2014 tax returns must also be submitted in order to be considered for a scholarship. The scholarship form, tax documents and transcripts must be submitted to the Admissions Office along with applicant's statement of purpose and application fee. For families who did not file taxes for 2014 or who are undocumented, please contact the Admissions Office directly for information regarding required scholarship documentation that will need to be submitted in place of the tax documents.
International Student Information
SCI-Arc does not issue any I-20's for students attending the DID workshop. International students attending this workshop will be responsible for acquiring their own visa for the duration of the program.
