Design Immersion Days (DID) 2013 Application Instructions

Please read the following carefully before filling out the online application form

Application Requirements
Submit ONLINE:
-Application Form
-$25 application fee (can either be paid online by credit card or a check made out to "SCI-Arc" can be submitted to us by mail).  Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to "SCI-Arc"
 
Submit THROUGH MAIL:
-One-page statement of purpose. This should address why you would like to attend the DID program at SCI-Arc
-Official high school transcripts (only required for applicants seeking a scholarship)
-TOEFL/IETLS score (for international students ONLY)
 
TOEFL/IELTS Requirement: All students applying from non-English speaking countries are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The minimum score requirement is 90 on the internet-based TOEFL, 560 on the paper-based TOEFL, or a 6.5 band score on the IELTS. Students should plan on taking the exam no later than January of the same application year. For more information on these two testing systems, please visit www.toefl.org or www.ielts.org. Scholarship Information
Scholarship support is available for domestic students whose family income qualifies them to receive financial aid.  Scholarship applications can be found on the right, labeled "DID Financial Statement & Scholarship Application". An official copy of the students high school transcripts must also be submitted in order to be considered for a scholarship.  The scholarship form and transcripts must be submitted to the Admissions Office along with applicant's statement of purpose and application fee.

Scholarship support is available for domestic students whose family income qualifies them to receive financial aid. To be considered for a scholarship, applicants need to fill out the Financial Aid  Scholarship Form (above) and submit a copy of their parents most recent tax return in addition to the required application materials.
