Odering a Transcript online

If you are unable to use the IRS Data Retrieval on the FAFSA and would like to order your Tax Transcript online please visit the IRS website and click on Order a Transcript .

You must enter your address as it appears on your tax return and if it is accepted you will be sent a tax transcript within 5-10 days to your address. Please email or fax the tax transcript to the financial aid office. email financialaid@sciarc.edu or fax 213-403-6700.

4506-T Tax Transcript

If you are not able to use the IRS Data Retrieval tool on the FAFSA or Order a Transcript online please complete the 4506-T .The form must be completed with the information on your tax return.

You can have the IRS send the Tax Transcript directly to SCI-Arc Attn: Financial Aid. Fax the form to the number provided on the second page of the 4506-T.
